How to use
- Enter a title and propose time slots.
- Create the poll and share its link with participants (chat, email…).
- Each participant marks yes, maybe or no and sends you the reply link the page gives them.
- Paste the reply links into your poll page to see the totals, then export the chosen slot as a calendar file.
Worked example
Five slots across Tuesday and Wednesday; after 6 votes, Wednesday 15:00 UTC has 5 yes and 1 maybe.
Supported formats and limits
| Input | Title, time slots, Reply links or codes from participants |
|---|---|
| Output | Poll link, Reply link, Results table, ICS for the chosen slot |
| Limits | Up to 60 time slots. The poll and each reply are stored inside their links (compressed), so nothing is saved on a server. |
| Engine | Poll definition and replies encoded in compressed, URL-safe links; tallies computed in the organiser's browser (kept in this browser) |
Limitations
- Participants don't see each other's answers automatically: replies come back to the organiser, who can share the results.
- Participants are identified only by the name they type; there are no accounts.
Questions
Where are the poll and the replies stored?
Inside the links. The poll and each reply are compressed into the part of the URL after #, which browsers do not send to a server. Your polls and pasted replies are also saved in this browser so you can come back to them.
Can participants see each other's answers?
Not automatically. Each participant sends their reply link back to you, and only your poll page tallies them. Share the results yourself if the group should see them.
What happens if someone answers twice or a link is cut off?
The latest reply for the same name replaces the older one. Every link carries a checksum, so a truncated or altered link is rejected with an error instead of producing wrong data.
