How to use it
- Set the tempo in BPM, or tap it.
- Keep Subdivision on 4 (sixteenths), or choose 2 (eighths) or 3 (triplets).
- Pick a time signature and accent levels if you need them.
- Start the metronome, or export a WAV click track.
Worked example
At 90 BPM in 4/4 with triplets, each beat has 3 clicks, 12 per bar, one every 222 milliseconds. One bar of 4/4 at 120 BPM with sixteenths is 16 clicks, which the metronome's unit tests count.
Formats and limits
| Output | Audio click, WAV click track |
|---|---|

Limitations
- Subdivisions are even; swing and dotted rhythms are not available.
- The same accent pattern repeats in every bar.
- The WAV click track is limited to 200 bars.
