How to convert PDF to TXT

  1. Choose one or more PDFs.
  2. Keep Output format on Plain text; set line breaks and page markers.
  3. Select Extract text.
  4. Copy the text or download the .txt file.

Worked example

In the extractor's tests, a two-page report keeps each paragraph on one line, the word sunflowers split as sun- at a line end is joined back, and a page marker separates the two pages.

Yes. Tick Keep the PDF's line breaks to keep every line as it is on the page.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The PDF is opened and read in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
