Supported formats and limits
| Output | Text, CSV, JSON |

- Up to 10,000 UUIDs per batch.
Questions
Which UUID version should I use?
v4 is random and suits most IDs. v7 starts with a millisecond timestamp, so new IDs sort roughly by creation time, which helps database indexes. v5 is derived from a namespace and a name, so example.com in the DNS namespace always gives cfbff0d1-9375-5685-968c-48ce8b15ae17.
Where does the randomness come from?
From the browser's cryptographically secure crypto.getRandomValues, through the uuid package. v1 UUIDs use a random node ID instead of your network card's address.
Can it check a UUID?
Yes. Paste one to see whether it is well formed, its version and variant, and for v1 and v7 the embedded time. The nil and max UUIDs are recognized.
