How to convert Excel to PDF
- Choose the workbook files.
- Untick any sheets you do not need.
- Keep US Letter, Landscape and Shrink spreadsheet text to fit the page width, or change them.
- Select Convert to PDF and download.
Worked example
In the converter's tests, a sheet of 300 invoices spans several pages with the header row repeated at the top, and a sheet 24 columns wide fits on one landscape page with fit to width on.

Questions
Will my columns be cut off?
No. With Shrink spreadsheet text to fit the page width on, which this page sets, all columns fit across the page; long sheets continue on more pages.
Can I choose which sheets to include?
Yes. A workbook with several sheets shows a checkbox for each sheet before you convert.
Are charts and cell colors included?
No. Sheets are drawn as tables of cell values; charts, pictures and cell colors are not.
