How to use

  1. Pick a sheet layout (for example 30 per sheet, 2⅝ × 1 in on Letter) or enter custom dimensions.
  2. Paste your labels or a CSV.
  3. Download the PDF and print at 100% scale.

Worked example

75 addresses on the 30-per-sheet layout fill 3 pages (the last with 15 labels).

Supported formats and limits

InputText or CSV rows, Optional QR/barcode per label
OutputPDF (Letter or A4)
Enginepdf-lib layout with exact millimetre/inch positioning and text fitting

Limitations

  • Print a test page on plain paper first; printers differ in margins and feed accuracy.

Questions

How do I get the labels to line up?

Print at 100% (actual size), not fit to page, and print a test page on plain paper first. Hold it against a label sheet to check, because printers differ in margins and feed accuracy.

Can I use a partly used sheet?

Yes. Set the starting position and the first labels are skipped. 75 addresses on the 30-per-sheet layout fill 3 pages, the last with 15 labels.

How do I separate one label from the next?

Split labels by blank lines (for multi-line addresses), by single lines, or paste CSV rows, one row per label.
